Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. - Client Agreement

Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.

By securing the services of Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. / Melanie Day, through obtaining a quote, booking a vacation package, resort, hotel, theme park tickets, activities, excursions, or any other type of reservation, I, the client of Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. agree to the following:

· I am responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation upon receipt and verify all information is correct, including dates, travelers, spelling of names, resort, and package components to ensure it is correct. I understand that Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to my attention immediately. I understand that payment must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation.

· I understand the following information regarding required documentation: U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

· I have been informed of travel protection and understand the following: My trip is a significant investment. If I choose to decline travel protection, I am assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance, I fully understand that Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. I assume and understand that there is a risk involved with my travel and my travel activities and/or excursions. I acknowledge that I was informed about my options. I have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. If you choose to add travel protection at this time this would be an additional charge, which will be charged separately by the travel protection company.

· I understand that there are inherent risks that I am taking by going to this vacation destination. I understand and voluntarily assume the risks, both known and unknown, associated with the trip or activity.

· I understand that Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC. is not responsible for the actions / inactions of the vacation supplier / vendor.

· I agree that I, the traveler RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS Sand to Pixie Dust Travel, LLC / Melanie Day. I release Sand to Pixie Dust Travel from claims for damages related to the risks of my trip and/or activities.
